It is impossible, even wanting to do so,  to describe the whole Cosican cuisine: the fish soup and mussels in different sauces, the lamb with figs, the meat of the famous black boar, and so on, are part of a rich local cuisine offering many courses, each of which is worthy to be tasted at least once.
