Excursions for young travelers

For younger travelers, we have specially prepared interesting tours that will not only help expand your child's horizons, but they will be an opportunity for them to get in touch with the culture and history of Sardinia.

Our fundamental goal - besides making sure that the children will travel in comfort and safety - is to ensure that at the end of the trips they bear within them a wonderful memory of this holiday.

In fact, we will not just let them visit all aquariums on the island, but among other activities, they will be able to follow the various master classes to bring them closer to the island's history, and to know the crafts, customs and traditions, visiting the handicraft production facilities.

If you decide to visit the north of Sardinia, make sure to travel to the town of Tempio, also called ''Kork Paradise'', that has become famous for the production of the same. Here your children will not only be involved in the processing of cork, and in the manufacture of some artifacts (kork stoppers, etc.), but it will also be possible for them to express their imagination through the decoration of small ceramic objects which, in the end, will be given away to them.

If you have chosen the south of Sardinia, this time the must-must has to be the Tuili's "Sardinia in miniature" park, where the young visitors will feel like like giants admiring all the worth seeing sites of the island gathered in one place. After visiting the park visitors, young and old, will be able to follow, in a local laboratory, a lesson on how to form ceramics models.

In the northwestern part of Sardinia there is the "Spider Web" amusement park, that will pleasantly surprise your children, and the udults, that, togheter if thi want, will be able to take part in various activities: climb a wall, walk in balance on ropes or jump from different heights. All this in complete safety.

Tuili (Barumini) Amusement Park "Sardinia in miniature" (with a guided tour for children)

In the  "Sardinia in miniature" park of Tuili, which covers an area of 50,000 square meters, are reproduced n a small scale all the important monuments of the island, to be visited on foot, along a 360 meters long walk. During the walk you will learn the history of the monuments with the support of an audio guide in English or Italian. Besides the monuments, is also acaileable another "botanical" walk where you will be introduced to native plants, including: cork trees, asphodels, papyrus, dwarf parlms, lavender, myrtle, strawberry trees and prickly pears and all the other species who form the Mediterranean Scrub.
